ELF PUTTY BLUSH NEAR ME FREE
With multiple formulas of their Putty Primer, and a range of Putty Blushers, which were free from shimmer and sheen. I love how it applies blush, and it makes it easy to build up color. I dont have the ELF Putty Blush so I cant say how it is at applying that, but Ive used it with other cream products. We’ve seen ELF launch a lot of Putty Primer inspired launches, ever since they launched their original Putty Primer. This is not thick enough to put putty blush on.
